Jennifer Berman
Systems Convener, Facilitator, Coach

Background
Jennifer is an experienced facilitator, coach and systems convener. She is passionate about bringing people together to imagine and create new possibilities, build new competencies, and discover what is possible when living and leading from a place of whole-heartedness. Her work is deeply informed by years of immersion in systems and complexity theory, an interest in how adults learn and grow, and a belief in the transformative power of deep collaboration.
Jennifer is a Zen practitioner in the Soto Zen lineage, studying with Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi. She is currently the Principal at Vital Edge Leadership, where she works as a leadership coach and facilitator, engaging with individual leaders, teams, and multi-stakeholder groups on a range of social and environmental issues.
When she’s not working, she can be found hiking, biking or running in the mountains of Utah with her dog, partner and/or kids in tow.
At the School of System Change
Jennifer facilitates courses at the School of System Change, including Cultivating Climate Transformation.
"School courses open us all up to new ways of seeing and being in the world and are an incredible learning community for participants, facilitators and contributors. I love supporting participants through their systems change learning journey and seeing the subtle and not-so-subtle changes that occur."
