Background
Nicole Biondi is a South African strategic consultant, facilitator, and systems practitioner whose work focuses on human and ecological flourishing. She designs and facilitates strategic dialogues, retreats, and collaborative processes that help organisations, networks, funders, and leaders navigate complexity and respond creatively to a rapidly changing world.
She is the founder of The Wayfindery, a collaborative studio supporting organisations working toward positive social and environmental impact, and curator of Think Beyond, an immersive gathering exploring how we build more flourishing futures for families, communities, and the planet. Nicole serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Nature Connect, Immediate Past Chair of Capita, and an Advisory Board Member of Games for Change Africa.
