Background

Payam is an executive and team coach and a facilitator. Her work focuses on creating dialogue in the heat of conflict, facilitating change in the face of resistance and supporting leaders to own their leadership through awareness.

Prior to establishing her own company, Payam held positions in companies in the consultancy services and IT sector and also in large conglomerates. She brings a deep understanding of how organisations – and the leaders and teams within them – function, behave and relate to each other, how they get stuck, deal with challenges, conflict and resistance as well as how they thrive and excel.

Payam has had experience working with, and exposure to, different industries such as financial services, professional services, consumer goods, industrial goods, automotive, pharma and health. She is an ICF accredited Professional Certified coach (PCC), organisation and relationship systems coach (ORSC) and accredited Lewis Deep Democracy facilitator and trainer.

At the School of System Change

Payam is a facilitator on Basecamp and Spark in Europe. She also contributes teaching on Deep Democracy tools and methodology. What she finds most rewarding is the depth of learning through facilitators, contributors and participants, and the opportunity to contribute to the School’s purpose.
