Background
Since 1988, John has been an international consultant, trainer and process facilitator of organisation development and change, strategic thinking and strategic planning, decentralisation and local governance, participatory project planning and project management at all levels of system. He has worked across a diversity of fields such as organisation development and change management; peace and security; local governance; agriculture and natural resource management; diversity, equity and inclusion; public financial management; executive and team coaching; project cycle management, including monitoring, evaluation and learning; and behaviour change communication. John is also an ordained Minister of the Ghana Baptist Convention.

John is a contributor on Constellating Change in 2023/2024. He is taking part in session one on Learning in relationship along with Jen Sandler.
