Seedling Series: Lewis Deep Democracy
June 2024
Working with diverse opinions in systems change
Learn and become confident in using the Lewis Deep Democracy Debate.
Often in systems change, there are tensions and conflicts brewing; different opinions are in the room - and out of it. The Lewis Deep Democracy (LDD) approach helps us as changemakers to work with these differing opinions and come to deeper wisdoms that help us move forward.
Join this course to develop your ability to effectively deal with tension and polarities in such a way as to build trusting relationships across your systems change work.
This short course is offered in collaboration between Lewis Deep Democracy (LDD) and School of System Change as part of the Seedling Series: short courses supporting changemakers to embrace complexity through discovering the diversity of systemic approaches and practitioners.
Facilitator
Belamie Peddle is a Lewis Deep Democracy instructor and practitioner with over ten years of experience helping individuals and teams grow. She thrives on assisting people in discovering how to incorporate and integrate Lewis Deep Democracy into their day-to-day lives, enabling contexts that foster connection, clarity and innovation.
