Ruslan Kildeev is a program producer, sustainability geek, visual thinker, and digital magician. He accompanies teams and organisations in growing their digital capacities, developing virtual learning journeys, and hosting meaningful online, offline, and hybrid gatherings.
Ruslan is a co-founder of resense360 — a consultancy that creates and facilitates transformative learning experiences, strategy processes, and meaningful gatherings.
At the School of System Change
Ruslan is a course producer. He co-developed and co-delivered Basecamp Eastern Europe & Central Asia in 2021. Since 2022, he has been a co-designer and producer of Delta: Introduction to Systems Change.
