Emily Bazalgette

Regenerative organisational designer and coach; Chronic illness advocate

  • Contributor

Background

Emily helps purpose-driven people and teams to be intentional about how they work and develop, in the service of equitable, regenerative ways of organising. She operates at the intersection of personal development and organisational change, combining regenerative practices from behaviour change, systems change, coaching, seasonality, grief tending and Disability Justice.

As an Associate with Moral Imaginations, Emily brings horizontal organising, future generations, more-than-human-worlds and ancestors to systemic change work in localities.

Alongside consulting and coaching, she is a chronic illness advocate and the creator of GriefSick, a project exploring and bearing witness to chronic illness grief.

At the School of System Change

Emily is a contributor on Constellating Change in 2023/2024. She is taking part in session two on Structures and rhythms along with Natalia Lombardo.
