Background

Louise enables and supports those committed to living change. She plays multiple roles: navigating, designing, facilitating and coaching – experimenting with how we organise to best impact systems change. Over the last decade she has led a variety of collaborative endeavours with system shifting ambitions at Forum for the Future. Her recent work is focused on transformational governance and as a learning and practice partner for trusts, foundations and collaborative funding initiatives wanting to experiment and apply more systemic approaches to their work.

Louise is a facilitator for learning offerings in Europe. She brings to the School stories and first hand experience of trying to bring people together to collaborate on system changing projects, as well as the skills and processes for navigating emergent strategies.
