Constellating Change

Explore the thought pieces emerging from Constellating Change, our learning and practice series which shone a light on the dynamics and patterns of organising for systems change.

Introduction

Hosted by the School of System Change in 2023 and 2024, the Constellating Change learning and practice series journeyed deep into the dynamics of organising for systems change.

Over six themed sessions, we invited 12 practitioners and over 50 participants to explore some of the prevailing patterns and structures that shape how we work, collaborate and create the infrastructure for change.

Explore the thought pieces emerging from Constellating Change - written by the hosting team, Anna Birney, Sean Andrew, and Louise Armstrong - including invitations to apply the learnings to your practice, and resources to dive deeper.

Spotlighting our inquiries

Anna Birney, CEO (Chief Enabling/Evolving Officer) at the School of System Change, introduces this collection of writing by sharing some of the rich and evocative parallels that constellations offer to systems change work.
